"...2020 was a year of God pruning, shaping, molding, refining, and shedding off what is not of him for His destiny for my life. My prayer life increased so much more."

I am Gladys Ogwal, born in London, Ontario, and originally from Uganda. I’m currently a Registered Nurse at Hershey Medical Center.  I gave my life to Jesus Christ on Feb 11th, 2008. I was baptized in the water in July 2008. In 2008 God gave me a vision of a big crowd that seemed to be a crusade, and someone was introducing me, and I walked out to speak on the platform, and there was a podium. The crowd was shouting and screaming in excitement. Then I as I stood there, the bible appeared before me in the vision, and it was flipping from page to page.  I woke and shared my vision with some close family and friends, and they confirmed that God had called you to preach the gospel, and it was confirmed with many prophetic words and dreams from God. In 2009 was the first time I heard God’s audible voice. It was the time God told me exactly what he had called me to go to school for, and it was to become a registered nurse in the pediatrics department. I shared this exciting news with my family. I immediately made an appointment with a nursing advisor, and from that day forward, doors opened for school and Jobs in the medical field.

The Vision I had

In October of 2010, I had a vision of God planting a seed in me, and when I woke up, I could feel electricity shooting through my arm. Which I now know was the power of God confirming a call to a healing ministry.  God has been doing the supernatural in my life ever since. In October of 2011, I was supernaturally delivered from Alcohol. In December of 2012, I was supernaturally delivered from nicotine. I remember my former Pastor praying for me one Sunday in November of 2012, and I fell out in the spirit for a long time; and when I woke up, I could taste nicotine in my mouth and wondered why but later discovered it was deliverance from it. I am a testament to Jesus Christ.

I’m the Vice President/Co-Founder of Global Dawn Breaker Ministries Inc., Established on February 23rd, 2019. The IRS granted the non-profit status on August 17th, 2020.  God freely gives gifts, and I am humbly share that I walk in the giftings of the Prophetic, healing, and deliverance anointing. The ministry name was given to me during a church conference at Life Center Ministries called FIRESTORM in February of 2018. Dawn of break is the time when it begins to grow light after the darkness. God then took me to Genesis’ book when Jacob wrestled with the angel until the dawn began to break; then that light began to shine over Jacob’s situation. Jacob told the angel I will not let you go until you bless me. The angel blessed Jacob, and the place was named Peniel, which means I have seen God face-to-face. (Genesis 32: 24-30). I have had multiple supernatural encounters with God in church, at home, at work, or just out enjoying a beautiful day. God is undoubtedly everywhere, and when you seek him with your whole heart, you shall surely not miss what God has in stored for your life. The journey is never easy, but it indeed is WORTH all I had to go through to draw closer to our God. Keep your eyes and focus on Christ and you will never be distracted by all the chaos around the one who created the world you are in is with and in you.

2020 was a year of God pruning, shaping, molding, refining, and shedding off what is not of him for His destiny for my life. My prayer life increased so much more. The Holy Spirit has taught me how to fight spiritual warfare against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness (witches and warlocks), spiritual host of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6: 12) with God’s living word. I have learned to take that one word that God speaks to you and lean into it and trust God with it, for he will always bring VICTORY through his son Jesus Christ. In this season of trials and tests, God increased my faith and spirit of discernment to another level. I am confident in the Lord about everything about my life that nothing is too hard for God, and He is always with us and makes the impossible possible.

The battle is the Lord’s, not ours.
